Saturday. I think.
Today seemed much like the rest, but I tried to make a point to get things done outside. It was slightly warmer but overcast. Dirt was delivered today for the garden, so I moved the beds and built a temporary fence to protect the veggies. Sadie and I planted tomatoes, peppers, and yellow squash. She wants me to plant some watermelon, so I will have to see if that is a possibility.
Stephanie went to town to get barbecue from Smoking Guns for lunch, and there was so much we had leftovers for supper.
Apparently, an empty flower pot is the place to nap if you are a chicken!
About the time I finished the garden we walked up to Brandon's for a visit in their back yard while the girls played. We were supposed to have a game online again tonight, but it fell through. So, nightly entertainment was another episode of The Chosen, a bit of storytime, and Stephanie and I finished the evening with The Last Kingdom. It was the start of Season 3 tonight as we prepare the release of Season 4 in a week or so.
