Corona Thoughts, Part 21 (Yard Work and More of the Same)

4.8.2020

Twenty-one days... Three weeks...

The work at home thing has not gotten easier, but it could be because we have found more innovative ways of instruction but those still take more time to accomplish.

I didn't do a whole lot for that today besides sending out an announcement to a class and graded a few papers.  I will have to do more tomorrow or I will be working on it over Easter weekend.

It was really warm today ahead of a cold front, so my objective was to work in the yard while I could.  Mowed yard... weeks/rampant dewberries sprayed with herbicide... dog groomed.   It seems that bluebirds have become interested in at least one of the houses.

And about 30 minutes on the guitar.

Mom and Dad wanted food from Bottlecap Alley, so we had them pick burgers up for use as well.

The numbers of the virus in the county are 10.  No more deaths reported.  National reports are now thinking that the overall numbers predicted are wrong... We will see.

A few shows on Netflix.  Standard day.

Jamaica Beach, Day 4

Today started slow, as vacation days should.  No real plans other than a bit of shopping and a nap. Quick breakfast and then helped Brandon....
