Lilley's Landing, Day 4, 5, and 6

This one started early, but it was a good one!

We didn't bring our boat this time because it was not running - several theories as to why not - so we rented an 18' job boat for a 4 hour outing.

The fishing was good and everyone caught at least one.  Some of them were big!

Back to the cabin for leftovers from Hook and Ladder - best pizza ever - and a leisurely few hours before going out to shop some more.

Clear and warm with highs around 90, but it was nice and cool on the water.

The day ended with relaxation around camp and fajitas on the grill.

Day 5

We decided not to rent a boat the second day.  We just were lazy.  A bit of shopping and planning for our venture here next summer.  And of course, more fishing!

Curtis stopped by as well

Day 6:

We had thought about one more day with a boat rental, but thunderstorms and fogade us rethink that.  Fishing on the dock, grilled trout on the charcoal grill, and just enjoying our last day here.

Sadie doesn't want to leave, having enjoyed having her own space upstairs.  We look forward to our next trip here in October.

Jamaica Beach, Day 4

Today started slow, as vacation days should.  No real plans other than a bit of shopping and a nap. Quick breakfast and then helped Brandon....
