Blizzard of 2021 (Finale)

It was 16 degrees at 7 am this morning, and snow is still on the ground, although most is likely to melt off later in the day.  It is supposed to rise above freezing for awhile this afternoon.

After breakfast Sadie wanted to go out and sled one last time.  The pond was still thick so we got some good pictures on the ice.  The herd had come to the water to drink.

There as also a new addition to the farm this morning!

After lunch we watched a few KYD's until we found out someone had crashed through a pasture fence overnight.  Driving too fast, no doubt.  It didn't take long to fix it but it is annoying that the culprit did not let us know.

Such is life on a farm. In winter.  With snow on the ground.

The temp got to 38 degrees today.  I suppose the Blizzard of 2021 is officially done!
